  • What if I want to change another student in class because of physical problems, or finish class early?

    If students want to finish classes early because of their own problems, we will not make up for the refund.

    You can have many ways to complete the course with the instructor, such as watching the video of the teaching record and analyzing, answering questions, or sharing the knowledge of equipment and skiing knowledge, etc.

    If you want to change to another student, with the consent of the instructor, please make sure that the new student clicks our course registration link and completes our Waiver before continuing the class.

  • How long is each class?

    The shortest course is two hours, but we can customize it according to the needs of students.

    If you need a longer course, we can communicate.

    If you can’t finish the two hours in a row, you can communicate with the instructor with us for one hour, and rest for another hour.

  • What should I bring for snowboarding or skiing?

    Ski or snowboard suit;



    Wrist protection;

    Helmet ;

    Please bring other protective equipment (knee pads, stock protectors, etc.) according to your situation.

    Please refer to our introduction of beginner equipment.

  • Is there an age limit for skiing or snowboarding?

    There is no age limit for skiing or snowboarding.

    However, based on safety factors, it is recommended that children be over three years old.

    For older people, because skiing or snowboarding is accompanied by a considerable risk of falls and injuries, it is recommended to evaluate the physical and physical condition before deciding.

  • Which one should I choose for my first time? Skiing or Snowboarding

    Ski and Snowboard are fun.

    You can choose according to your personal preference.

    There is no stipulation that you must ski or SNOWBOARD for the first time.

  • Can I go skiing or Snowboarding? Are there any necessary conditions for that?

    As long as you want to ski or snowboard, you can do it.

  • What should I do if I need to cancel my course or change the time?

    Change the appointment:

    If you need to change the class date/time, you need to communicate with the customer service staff more than 48 hours before the class and change the deduction between 48-24 hours.
    Half of the course fee will not be refunded for cancellation/change on the day of class.

    Refund regulations:

    Unconditional refunds can be made within 24 hours of the payment time (72 hours before the class time).

    No refunds will be made for more than 24 hours.

    Cancellations and changes within 24 hours will not be refunded.

    Force majeure factors are considered as appropriate.

    For special reasons, the instructor needs to cancel/change the class time/date, and the school will communicate with you 48 hours in advance.

  • Do we offer discounts?

    Our basic courses are not discounted.

    All courses can enjoy great customer discounts:

    10% off for a one-time purchase of 5 lessons.

    A one-time purchase of 10 lessons is 88% off (Demon goggles as a gift).

    A one-time purchase of 20 lessons is 15% off (Demon’s hip protection as a gift).

    There are many student benefits or gifts that are more delicious than discounts for all courses.

    Student benefits include Burton 25% OFF at the end of October and February, and 60% off for Demon United students throughout the year.

    Through the CRM system in the package, various benefits for students, and a series of high-quality services, we bring quality ski class products to guests who pay attention to quality.

  • Are our instructors qualified?

    All our registered instructors have CASI / CSIA certification.

    Before the snow season begins, we will check the instructor’s registration in CASI & CSIA one by one to ensure that the instructor is qualified and activated.

  • What are the ski resorts TXSNOW cooperates with?

    List of ski resorts with formal cooperation:

    We will not operate any class where the ski resort has not officially cooperated. Therefore, it is also recommended that you go to the corresponding formal cooperation ski resorts or the ski school of the corresponding ski resorts.

  • Does TXSNOW have commerical insurance?

    Yes, we have $10 million in commercial liability insurance.

  • Can I be tax-free when I pay in cash?

    We adhere to the principle of legal compliance, and all charges must include HST & GST.

  • What if I’m late by accident? What if the instructor is accidentally late?

    Regulations on late arrivals for students:

    1. Please be on time and arrive at the designated place 10-15 minutes in advance. The class time is subject to the appointment time. If we are late, we will not be able to postpone/make up the time;
    2. If you need to buy snow tickets and equipment, please complete it before class time. Please arrive at the snow field at least 1-1.5 hours in advance to ensure smooth equipment rental. The ski resort will be busier on weekends and holidays.

    Regulations on instructors being late:

    Being late

    If you may be late due to objective reasons or emergencies, please contact students and management/designated customer service personnel in time. Record the late mark once.

    If you are late for more than 15 minutes and do not notify the person in charge and the students, you will be treated as absenteeism.

    Communicate and get students’ understanding to deal with late arrivals, and double compensate the time or the corresponding class fee.


    If the instructor cannot fulfill the confirmed course for reasons outside of 48 hours, the instructor needs to find another instructor (at the same level and has an employment relationship with the ski school) instead of teaching.

    If the instructor unilaterally cancels the course between 48hr-24hr, the instructor shall compensate half of the course fee. Full compensation within 24 hours.

    Force majeure factors are considered as appropriate.

    After filling it out, we will contact you and help you pull a WeChat group with the instructor to help communicate the details of the course, or contact you by email/phone to communicate the details of your class time.
