When students search, they can also see the formality of the instructor who is endorsed by the website.

1. TXSnow Strictly abide by Canadian laws and pay tax on every penny.

Cash is not tax-free, and basic courses are not discounted.

3. Instructor discount rights:

TXSnow has CAD 10 million in commercial liability insurance, which is required to legally protect the safety of instructors and students in combination with insurance companies and snow field regulations.

In line with the values of equality and freedom, we are not allowed to wear TXSnow’s coaching uniform for non-TXSnow business teaching work.

At the same time, we encourage instructors to fully understand the importance of insurance for both instructors and trainees. TXSnow is a Uber-like company。

Specific regulations on students being late:

1. Please be on time and arrive at the designated place 10-15 minutes in advance. The class time is subject to the appointment time. If we are late, we will not be able to postpone/make up the time;
2. If you need to buy snow tickets and equipment, please complete it before class time. Please arrive at the snow field at least 1-1.5 hours in advance to ensure smooth equipment rental. The ski resort will be busier on weekends and holidays.

Specific regulations on instructor tardiness:

Arrive late

If you may be late due to objective reasons or emergencies, please contact students and management/designated customer service personnel in time. Record the late mark once.

If you are late for more than 15 minutes and do not notify the person in charge and the students, you will be treated as absenteeism.

Communicate and get students’ understanding to deal with late arrivals, and double compensate the time or the corresponding class fee.

If you are late three times in a snow season and more than one time for no reason, it will constitute a condition for the termination of the contract.

If the instructor cannot fulfill the confirmed course for reasons outside of 48 hours, the instructor must find another instructor (at the same level and has an employment relationship with the ski school) instead of teaching.

If the instructor unilaterally cancels the course between 48hr-24hr, the instructor shall compensate half the course fee.

Full compensation within 24 hours.

Force majeure factors are considered as appropriate.

If the absenteeism for no reason is not notified to the management, it will constitute a condition for the termination of the contract, and the points will be cleared and invalidated.

We adhere to the principle of legal compliance, and pay tax on every penny normally.

All instructors are paid according to the contract salary. A T4A will be issued to the instructor for a salary of more than $500 a year.

The instructor focuses on ensuring the safety of children, and there is no teaching. Our baby guide riding is always 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5, to ensure that a baby is taken care of by an instructor, and the eyes cannot leave the child every minute. A couple of parents buying one program together will save money, and inspire parents to take more children in the group lessons.
