Based on in-depth research and understanding from the past few ski seasons, we have identified several widespread safety vulnerabilities in the current ski instruction market. The most critical issues include, but are not limited to:
Instructors without childcare experience teaching children's classes.
Instructors with weak legal awareness, failing to recognize that not returning children under 12 directly to their parents can be considered child abandonment under the law.
With a commitment to client responsibility, we decided to address these gaps by establishing our own market standards, leading to the creation of the TXSNOW Kids Master Program.
To provide children with the highest level of safety assurance and more tailored services within our capabilities, we have categorized children into three groups:
1-4 years old: Toddlers
5-7 years old: Little Heroes
8-11 years old: Big Braves
Instructors for each category must meet stringent requirements to be certified as a TXSNOW KM Instructor.
Additionally, we have implemented the Kids Master Code to prevent instructors without sufficient childcare experience from handling children's classes. This ensures that every child receives professional and secure guidance.

Key Metrics:
Even instructors who have their own children must have at least 10 hours of on-snow teaching experience with children to qualify as a KM Instructor.
As is widely known, skiing is a relatively high-risk sport. After studying historical accidents in children's group lessons , we found that the potential risks of group classes remain underestimated. Just 1% of an instructor's inattention can lead to 100% heartbreak for parents.
We believe every child is invaluable. To address this issue proactively in the industry, we have committed to eliminating the objective risk of instructors failing to pay constant attention to every child:
All products for ages 1-11 are 1V1 ONLY.
No group lessons are offered for children.
This decision underscores our dedication to prioritizing safety and ensuring that every child receives the focused attention they deserve.

The most important selection criterion for KM Instructors is a genuine passion for teaching children, followed by experience. We believe that an interest in and love for working with children is an irreplaceable innate quality, and it takes precedence over all other qualifications.

This is considered a veto clause for determining whether one can become a KM Instructor.
