EXPLORE THIS SESSION
One child. One instructor.
A little more room to be themselves.
Small steps.
Big little victories.
Playful, age-appropriate sessions that begin with understanding your child. We build trust, nurture confidence and make room for their own pace.

First day or next level.
Make this winter your own.
Your next chapter
starts on snow.
Build solid foundations, work through a sticking point or grow into new terrain. Choose the attention, challenge and company you want.
- The Academy Series: one-to-one and group sessions, with a clear path for continued progress.
- Dynamic group sessions: 2 instructors, up to 4 students, with flexible grouping based on ability.
- Snow Buddy Time: relaxed practice and supported time on the mountain, at your pace.

BUDDY
A gentler pace.
More time to enjoy the snow.
Less hurry.
More time to enjoy the snow.
A supported introduction to the snow, relaxed practice or guided time on the mountain, shaped around age, ability and the day’s needs.
- For children, teens and adults who want a lower-pressure experience.
- Combine with eligible session modules to create a session that fits.
- For children under 12, individual one-to-one attention continues.
Every child deserves
to be seen.
Children are not small adults. Their emotions, attention and sense of safety are part of every session.
Our standard.
Under 12, always.
One instructor’s attention, dedicated to one child.
Experience matters
We review professional qualifications and real teaching experience for the relevant age group. A certificate is the starting point.
Trust before technique
Child-led, Montessori-inspired teaching uses play, choice and achievable challenges to nurture a lasting interest in snow.
A pace that fits
We adapt to energy, attention and emotions. Snow Buddy Time offers a gentler way to stay engaged when a child needs a change of pace.
Friends can still join in
Children can arrive, take breaks and enjoy the snow together. Each child has their own instructor during individual sessions.

But “Do they want to come back?”

The difference
is in the details.
A certificate, a group size and a price do not tell the whole story. Compare the teaching approach, preparation and what your family receives afterwards.
The conventional-format column describes patterns to ask about, not a finding about every school. Providers differ, including schools offering one-to-one teaching and extensive support. Check the specific programme’s current terms alongside TXSNOW’s.

Can my child learn to ski or snowboard?
Kids Master offers ski and snowboard sessions for ages 1–11, grouped into ages 1–4, 5–7 and 8–11. All sessions for children under 12 are one-to-one. Tell us about your child’s experience and needs so we can discuss a suitable instructor and plan.
Read the guideWhat if my child is nervous or needs a break?
The instructor can adjust the pace, use games and allow time to build trust. Snow Buddy Time can complement technical learning with a gentler introduction to the snow. Discuss your child’s needs before the session.
Read the guideHow long should I book?
Advance bookings require a combined session of at least 2 hours. Eligible session modules and Snow Buddy Time can be combined. Shorter options may be available when an instructor is already at the resort; confirm availability with TXSNOW.
Read the guideWhere can I find preparation and waiver information?
Check the pre-session guide for clothing, equipment and preparation. Our safety guide includes the Waiver signing forms. Confirm tickets, rental arrangements and the meeting point before you travel.
Read the guideWhat if I need to change my booking?
Changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled session let you keep the session available for rebooking. Less than 24 hours before the session, the booking is locked and the session is treated as used. Check the full policy for resort-closure exceptions and other details.
